The guest room has central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a radio.

The staff were excellent and we had very good service. We had an evening meal when we arrived, it was the best steak that I have had for a long time. The location was good and easy to find. It was an ideal stop off point in our journey to Nth West Spain .Room was basic but comfortable.ok for a short stay.

The brakfast was a bit sparse. just toast and coffee or neopolitana. The rooms were a bit dated and would benefit from a refit.

Great location to break up our drive with two children to Santander. Room was big enough for camp bed and cot and having the garage below the room was a bonus to pack and unpack.

Staff were not the friendliest and the facilities were basic, but functional.

The hotel, room & staff were excellent & value for money. As we only stayed for one night could not fill the above classifications but would recommend the hotel to anyone.

We found the hotel difficult to find as our Tom Tom Satnav would not accept the postcode. As we do not have any spanish we eventually found an elderly lady who knew of the hotel & with a lot of mime & hand waving we understood where to go.

Good food, quiet and good location in the middle of the city. Also - so close to both motorways, Benavente for food, about 5-10 minutes away and Spain...

The garage facility was very useful. Location to the the motorway was excellent.

The bathroom needed a better extractor fan. There was no soap available in the bathroom.

Every room has its own garage (with a private stair leading down to the car). We were traveling with our dogs (participating in a dog competition), so this was very good. I have a bad back, but for me the beds were ok. It is not a luxury hotel, but it was clean, with friendly service.

At first we could not get bread with cheese or ham for breakfast. The person in the bar told us they had no cheese, nor ham. But aftter we asked a couple of times (3 times), she actually get us some cheese. The next morning there was no problem getting toast with cheese or ham.

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo and it was perfectly located for both business and leisure guests. The conference facilities were excellent, providing a convenient space for meetings. The staff was helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable.

One service that I missed for my work was a business center with printing and copying facilities.

Cheap and easy to find. Breakfast was just ok for 3.50 euros. Good for budget travelers as safe parking and wifi.

Pretty seedy public areas and located in a comercial area without restuarands close by. Ok for 1 night though as room was good.

The location was quiet, in the middle of the city.
